All our products ship directly from our vendors straight to you. This process simplifies order fulfillment so you can receive your orders as quickly as possible. Average shipping time is 2 weeks or less.

If the product you ordered arrived with a defect or damaged we ask that you promptly take photos and contact us immediately on the contact tab of our home page.
If for some reason other than a defect you’re requesting a refund we ask that you contact us on the contact tab of our home page. After contact is established we will then ask that you mail the item back to an address we provide at that time. Please note that you will have to pay for shipping your item back for a refund. Once the item is received by us we will then inspect the condition of it and then decide if a refund will be awarded. If a refund is awarded we will then issue the refund to the original form of payment. If however a refund is not awarded we will ship your product back to you at no additional shipping cost with photos included of all product packaging via email.
If you’re requesting a replacement for a product you ordered we ask that you contact us from the contact tab on the home page. Please write a detailed description as to why you’re seeking a replacement. We will then review your request and be in close contact with you until the issue you’re experiencing is resolved.
